Searching Our Database

United Accountants’ database has a large number of professionals specializing in top management, marketing, sales, engineering, finance, administration and human resources. It also covers all types of businesses such as banks, manufacturing, engineering, contracting, trading, services and hotels.

By searching this database, United Accountants’ team select the appropriate individuals that we believe meet the required candidate profile in terms of specialization, experience, management skills, and educational background.

  • For some senior or specialized positions, and after mutual agreement with the client, United Accountants’ teams design and prepare the advertisement; and then select the appropriate language, timing, and medium.
  • Our advertisements are very effective due to their accurate composition, which clearly describe the desired candidate’s profile.

For executives and senior management positions, United Accountants is positioned to identify and place the right professionals for our clients as a result of our extensive network of contacts.

The “headhunting” approach is always successful in attracting and recruiting the candidates who have expertise in a specific type of business, Of course when applying this approach, United Accountants maintains strict professional and ethical values in order to ensure that one of our clients does not gain at the expense of another.

United Accountants Methodology

The Thorough Screening of CV’s

The client provides the following information:

  • Company Profile.
  • Job Description.
  • Candidate Profile.
  • Compensation Package.

Based on this information, we thoroughly screen the CVs to identify a group of candidates meeting the required profile and we arrange for an interview with the candidates.

United Accountants’ experienced consultants, conduct interviews with the potential candidates to assess the following:

  • Degree of matching with the candidate profile.
  • Previous work experience and performance.
  • Educational background and training.
  • Bearing, appearance and self-expression.
  • Motivation and potential.
  • Management skills and abilities.

After the interviews, UA team prepare a short list of (3) to (4) potential candidates. The short list includes the resume and the assessment report for each candidate. We firmly believe that the final selection of the successful candidate should be made by the client.

To assure the full satisfaction of our clients, UA team is committed to the following:

  • Preparing and submitting a new shortlist, if the client is not satisfied with the initial one.
  • If the employed candidate shows negligence or seriously deficient performance during the probation period, we will identify, free of charge, a possible replacement.

Upon the client request, we may participate in the final interviews.
